Acro Acrobatic arts combines the Tumbling of Gymnastics and the Technique and lines of Dance, mixing both together to create beautiful pieces of art.

Using a progress system, we learn a set of skills at one level before progressing onto the next skill linking to the next.

Acro is a safe environment for each dancer to develop their Acro skills at their own pace whilst having fun doing so!
